Stanley S. Hause, Fredonia formerly of Allentown passed away at his residence on Friday, December 16, 2022. He was 90.
He was born in Mercer on October 25, 1932, a son of the late Clayton C. and Hazel (Rose) Hause. On February 17, 1953, he married the former Shirley I. Willaman who survives. Mr. Hause had served honorably with the US Navy during the Korean War. He had been employed for 28 years at Western Electric and ATT, Allentown. He was of the Presbyterian faith and was a member of the Masonic Lodge. Mr. Hause was an avid golfer and bowler, he especially loved country and western music.
He is survived by his wife, Shirley, 4 daughters, Sherene (James) Miller, Southport, NC, Suzan (Michael) Myers, Louisville, CO., Sandi (Brian) Tennyson, Seattle, WA., and Staci (Jon) Seltzer, East Greenville, PA.; a sister Wanda Cox, Apopka, FL; a brother, David Hause Clark, Ashtabula, OH.; 5 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; 6 brothers, Vince, Harold, Ed, Bill, Raymond, and Quincy Hause; sisters, Velma Morley, Ruby McEwen, and Shirley Knapp.
A Celebration of Stanley’s life will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, January 7, 2023 at the Robert L. Snyder Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 169 Second Street, Fredonia.
