Robert Littleton, 73 of Stoneboro, passed away on Thursday evening, April 22, 2026, at AHN Grove City.
He was born on June 5, 1952, in Minford, Ohio, a son of the late Eli H. and Edna Louise (Hackworth) Littleton.
Robert was a devoted father, grandfather, and skilled craftsman whose life was defined by hard work, resilience, and a deep appreciation for building and restoration. He spent his early years in the rugged beauty of the Rocky Mountains of Colorado, where he developed a love for the outdoors and a strong work ethic that remained with him throughout his life. In the early 1980s, he made Pennsylvania his home, where he built a life centered around family, community, and his passion for construction.
A true craftsman, Robert took great pride in his work, especially in restoring old barns. He found purpose in breathing new life into structures rich with history, seeing each project not simply as a job, but as a way to preserve the past and leave something meaningful behind.
He is survived by his children, Robert A. Littleton of Moncure, North Carolina; Jeremy Littleton and his wife, Claudia, of Pottstown, Pennsylvania; and Samantha Fritz and her husband, Shawn, of Hadley, Pennsylvania. He is also survived by his cherished grandchildren: Cole Fritz; Makenna Stringert and her husband, Phillip; Jonathan Littleton and his fiancée, Amber; Katarina Littleton; Alexandra Littleton; and Cannon Littleton.
His family was the center of his world, and he took immense pride in watching it grow.
Robert will be remembered for his steady hands, quiet strength, and the legacy he built through both his work and his family. His presence will be deeply missed, but his memory will live on in the lives he touched and the structures he restored.
The family will privately honor Robert’s life, and no public services are scheduled.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Robert L. Snyder Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 3223 Perry Highway, Sheakleyville.
