Mildred (Yoder) Miller

Mildred Miller, Carlton (Canal Twp.) passed away surround by her family in the comfort of her home on Thursday morning, January 7, 2021.   She was 87.

He was born in Hartville, Ohio on June 30, 1933, a daughter of the late William and Emma (Stutzman) Yoder.  On September 19, 1954 she married her husband of 63 years, Atlee W. Miller who proceeded her in death on January 18, 2018.  Mildred was a homemaker and a member of the Pleasantview Conservative Mennonite Church, Cochranton.

She is survived by two sons, Dennis (Margaret) Miller, Louisville, OH and Delbert (Christine) Miller of Utica, 4 daughters, Debra (Larry) King of Fairplay, SC, Wanda Miller of Sarasota, FL., Diane (David) Miller of West Minster, SC and Charlotte Beachy of  Cochranton.  2 sisters, Eileen Yoder, Hartville, OH and Erma Hostetler, Cochranton;  23 grandchildren and 35 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; a son in law, Marvin Miller; a brother Dave Yoder and a sister Miriam Sommers.

For those comfortable in attending the funeral service will be held on Monday, January 11, 2021 at 10:30 am at the Pleasantview Conservative Mennonite Church, County Line Road, Cochranton.   She will be laid next to her husband at the  Pleasantview Mennonite Church Cemetery.  Family and friends may call at the church on Sunday from 4:00 – 7:00 PM.
