Marcus Jay Mast, 56, of Greenville, West Salem Township, passed away at his residence with his family by his side on February 24, 2026.
Marcus was born in Millersburg, Ohio, on January 30, 1970, a son of Roy E. and Malinda (Troyer) Mast. He married the former Rosanna Schlabach, who survives.
Marcus was a dedicated farmer on his farm in West Salem Township and a skilled metal fabricator. He owned and operated Mast Welding, where he took great pride in his work and craftsmanship.
Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Rosanna; his children, Anita (Josiah) Miller, Stephen (Angela) Mast, Brian (Julie) Mast, Bethany (Jeremy) Troyer, Andrew (Lisa) Mast, Rachelle Mast, Faith Mast, and Micah Mast; and his cherished grandchildren, Lavon Anthony, Karibeth, Grace Lynette, Heidi Rosann, Jared Andre, Jenna Rachelle, Annie Jolene, Lucas Andrew, Caleb Eric, Lori Nicole and Gabriel Luke.
The funeral service will be held on Friday, February 27, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at the Greenville Community Center, 50 S. Maysville Road, Greenville, with Joseph Miller officiating. Marcus will be laid to rest at Meadow Valley Amish Cemetery, West Salem Township.
A visitation will be held on Thursday at the Community Center from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
