Justin Scofield

Justin Scofield, of Sandy Lake, passed away Wednesday, October 4, 2023, at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Ohio. He was 31. 

Justin was born in Greenville on February 10, 1992, the son of Raymond and Brenda (Kasbee) Scofield. He worked in the oil field as a driller traveling with Precision Drilling company for the last 11 years. Justin was a hard worker who could fix just about anything. He enjoyed riding his side by side, cutting wood, and being at the junk yard with his father. But most of all, Justin enjoyed spending time with his son, Wyatt, and the rest of his family and friends. 

He is survived by his son, Wyatt George Scofield; his parents, Raymond and Brenda of Sandy Lake; his sister, Jessica Scofield and niece Annayka Scofield of NC; his paternal grandmother, Harriet Scofield of Sheakleyville; his girlfriend, Sarah Bell of Greenville; a very special friend, Shan Kirchell of Sandy Lake as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins. 

He was preceded in death by his grandparents Wayne G. Kasbee, Sondra Kasbee, and George Scofield; his uncle, Brian Kerr; his aunt, Laura Shook; and his cousin, Zachery Shook. 

A memorial visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 11, 2023, from 4:00-7:00pm at the Robert L. Snyder Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 3223 Perry Hwy, Sheakleyville.
