Helen Elizabeth (Doddo) Eakin, passed away early Saturday morning, November 22, 2025 at Greystone Country Estates, Fredonia. She was 80 years old.
She was born on April 22, 1945, a daughter of the late James and Helen (Hunter) Doddo. She was a graduate of Reynolds High School. On June 20, 1964, she married Raymond Eakin, who preceded her in death. She had been employed at Packard Electric, the former Greenville Steel Car Lunch Counter, Greenville Horizon Hospital, Rainbow Valley Restaurant and the former Stone Arch.
She attended St. Michael’s Roman Catholic Church, Greenville. She loved crafting and reading mysteries. Above all, the moments she spent with her family and grandchildren brought her the greatest joy.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, Lisa (Matt) May, Babcock Ranch, FL, Terri (Michael) Stringert, Clarks Mills and Raymond (Diane) Eakin, Hermitage, a brother, Robert (Wanda) Doddo, Kissimmee, FL; 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Sam Doddo.
