Glenn A. Richmond, Greenville (Pymatuming Twp.) passed away Sunday evening, September 17, 2023 at the Sharon Regional Health Center. He was 75.
Glenn was born in Greenville on May 18, 1948, a son of the late Lester and Emma Richmond. On April 23, 1988, he married Donna Kaltenbaugh who survives. Mr. Richmond had been employed by the former Sawhill Tubular, Wheatland retiring after 33 years of service. He was affiliated with the Old Salem United Methodist Church, enjoyed collecting coins and baseball cards and following the stock market. He was an avid Cleveland fan supporting all the sports venues, including the Browns, the Indians, and the Cavaliers. He was a staunch supporter of Donald Trump.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Rick Richmond, Sharon, Pauletta (Bobby) Hoak, Mercer, Doug (Crystal) Richmond, Hermitage, Dawn Richmond, Greenville, Marcie Richmond, Pittsburgh, Nicole Richmond, Pittsburgh, and Casandra Richmond, Greenville; a brother, Raymond Blair, S.C.; 6 grandchildren, Jesse Richmond, Kaitlyn (Damen) Gray, Addyson and Avree Stafford and Mason and Bentley Richmond; 1 great-grandchild, Malcom Gray and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, 4 brothers, George Blair, Harry Blair, Richard Blair, and Lester Richmond, a sister Corabell Bytner, a great-daughter, Winnipeg Gray and his father in law, Floyd Kaltenbaugh.
The funeral service will be held on Friday at 4:00 p.m. at the Robert L. Snyder Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. 3223 Perry Hwy, Sheakleyville. He will be laid to rest at the Stevenson Cemetery, Greenville.
