Frank Swartz Obituary
Frank J. Swartz, 63, of Hartstown, West Fallowfield Township, passed away at his residence on Saturday afternoon, February 21, 2026.
Frank was born in Grove City on May 21, 1962, a son of the late James and Beverly (Hughes) Williams. He was employed for many years as a conductor with CXS Railroad, retiring in 2008. An avid outdoorsman, Frank had a deep passion for hunting and fishing. He was a dedicated member of the White Oaks Shooting Club, where he honed his shooting skills and greatly valued the camaraderie of fellow members. In his younger years, he also served his community as a volunteer with the Greenville Fire Department.
Left to cherish his memory are his daughter, Nicole Swartz and her fiancé, Jim LeComte, of Greenville; his son, Frank Swartz and his wife, Kara, of Greenville; his siblings, Amy Williams of Hermitage, Tracey Germadnic of Mercer, Brian Williams of Greenville, and Michael Williams of Greenville; and his four grandchildren, Morgan and Lucas Savchuk, Haylie Bible-Brooks, and Logan Swartz. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In addition to his parents, Frank was preceded in death by his sister, Roberta Gieriach, and his brother, Timothy Williams.
The family will privately celebrate and honor Frank’s life.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Robert L. Snyder Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 3223 Perry Hwy., Sheakleyville.
