Anthony J. Weiland

Anthony J. Weiland, of Lawrence Park Twp. in Erie passed away Tuesday, October 4, 2022. He was 29.

Anthony was born in Greenville, PA on April 26, 1993, to Martin Weiland and the late Patricia (Cordwell) Porter. He married the former Makenzie Prosser on May 18, 2021.
He was previously employed by Pinnacle Roofing and Construction Co. of Erie for many years. He enjoyed his work and also liked to spend time with his family, being outside and cooking on the grill.

He is survived by his wife, Makenzie; his father; two sisters, Joann Weiland of Greenville and Cassy Weiland of OH; two brothers, Mike Cordwell of Greenville and Alvin Porter of Greenville; four children, Landon Weiland of Greenville, Kayden Weiland of Transfer, Ashtin Weiland and Skyler Weiland both of Erie; a stepson, Remy Prosser, as well as many nieces and nephews.  

He was preceded in death by his mother and his step father, Sonny Porter.

A time of gathering to honor the life of Anthony will be held Saturday, October 15, 2022 from 4:00PM to 7:00PM at the Robert L. Snyder Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. 3223 Perry Highway, Sheakleyville, Pa 16151. Memories and condolences may be shared with the family online at www.snyderfh.com
