Wayne L. Waybright, Sandy Lake (New Vernon Twp.) passed away Saturday evening, October 26, 2019 at the Avalon Springs Place, Mercer. He was 74.
Wayne was born on April 29, 1945 a son of the late Wilbur and Vernita (Furry) Waybright. On June 5, 1970 he married the former Inez M. Mook who survives. He had been employed by Ironworkers Local # 207, Youngstown from which he had retired after over 30 years of service.
Wayne had a love of the outdoors and enjoyed hunting and fishing and could often be found reading in his spare time. He enjoyed the time shared with his family and was especially fond of his grandson Walter who quickly became the apple of his eye.
In addition to his wife Inez of 49 years, he is survived by his two children, Scott Waybright, Sandy Lake and Jennifer Conrad and her husband John of Malvern, Pa.; a sister, Diann Steinbeck, Excelsior Springs, MO and his grandson, Walter Conrad.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two siblings, Richard and June.
Respecting the wishes of Wayne, the family will be honoring and celebrating his life privately.
