Ruth E. (Bell) McKean, of Phoenix, Arizona and Fredonia, Pennsylvania passed away Wednesday, September 25, 2019 at her home, at the age of 63.
Ruth was born in Grove City, PA on February 28, 1956. The daughter of the late Donald and Nellie (Goettman) Bell. She is survived by her husband Don McKean, who she married on March 25, 1974. Ruth was retired from medical billing and accounting. She loved spending time with her cat, Mia, who was like a child to her. Ruth adored pandas and amassed an extensive collection through the years.
In addition to her husband Don, she is survived by their children, Scott McKean and his husband Nathan Young of Phoenix, Arizona; and Penny McKean and her husband Robby Moore of Chandler, Arizona. Her sister Mary Ann Melosh of Potomac Falls, Virginia, and brother Paul Bell and his wife Marilyn of Oil City, Pennsylvania. Their grandchildren, Kyle Gurtner and Michael Moore of Chandler, Arizona.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers, Samuel Bell, David Bell, and infant brother John Bell.
