I was saddened to read of Doris's passing as our families go back many years. I enjoyed getting to know Doris again after I retired and spent more time in PA and at Coolspring. We sang in the choir together, and I loved her rich alto voice. May all your memories be blessed, and may God ease your sorrow.
Sincerely,

weather prevents me from coming out. In my 40 years at Coolspring, your Mom was always my idea of a elder and true saint of the church. she will be sorely missed. My condolences to you all.

Bestwick family. I had the honor and privilege of meeting your mother at the first Randolph / Randolph-East Mead High School Alumni Reunion some years ago. She always was so very kind to me being "one of those young kids"., thus the last couple of years Doris was unable to attend due to her health, therefore I would like to extend to you all "our" deepest sympathy with Doris's passing. Scott Hamilton - Class of 64 = Randolph East High School, Guys Mills, Pa. Alumni Reunion Committee Chairman.

April 1983 I meet Donna when we both started working at the FBI. That summer I went to visit her home where I was welcomed by Doris and Jack Bestwick. Throughout the years I have had the pleasure of spending time with both of Donna's parents. They were always welcoming. Mrs. Bestwick in particular made me feel like one of her own. I have regretted not being able to see her as much lately and I am filled with sorrow at her passing. I get peace knowing she's back with Jack and probably organizing a shuffle board tournament in heaven. Donna, Dale and Debbie all my sympathy to you and prayers for comfort.
